Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Payments are handled through PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account to order from us. We ship to the address provided upon checkout or the address associated with your PayPal account. Please do not ask us to ship to a different address not provided during checkout.
Continental US Orders:
$8 FLAT RATE SHIPPING!
We ship using USPS with delivery confirmation to the address provided upon checkout. Our standard CONUS shipping is via USPS priority mail or Parcel Post. Orders with standard CONUS shipping typically arrive between 2-9 business days.
Express shipping is also available, and cost varies by addresses and weight. Please contact us for express shipping rates. We will process orders with express shipping once the difference has been paid. If the difference is not paid within 1 day after the order is placed, we will ship the order via priority, therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for express shipping as expeditiously as possible. Orders with express shipping typically arrive between 1-2 business days.
Canada orders:
We ship using USPS without delivery confirmation to the address provided upon checkout. Our standard Canada/Mexico shipping is via USPS priority mail, parcel post, or first class. Orders with standard Canada/Mexico shipping typically arrive between 10-24 business days.
USPS does not have tracking methods past the US border. International orders will not be refunded if the package is lost/stolen/missing, the buyer assumes this responsibility when placing an international order from us.
Returns/Exchanges Policy:
We sell quality products at reasonable prices, and strive to give our customers 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us so we can take care of you.
All La Posh Style merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. All returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise that arrives in the original condition. Items cannot be worn, washed, damaged, or altered. Items must arrive in the original packaging provided and shoes must be returned in their original shoebox. All items are inspected according to the condition in which they were shipped. We reserve the right to refuse returns or make partial returns of an item based on its condition. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after we have received your item. Please purchase delivery confirmation for proof of shipment, as we are not responsible for lost items.
No refunds are given, only store credit or exchange within 14 days of shipped date with tags attached. Shipping is non-refundable( can’t be applied for in store credit).
Instructions for returns:
Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox(NO TAPE OR WRITING ON THE
BOX).
Please include the order form in your return package and a note explaining
the reason for the exchange. It is recommended you purchase delivery
confirmation. La Posh Style is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
Exchanges/store credit are accepted on items that are in original
condition, HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED within 14 days
of shipped date. If any item is returned to us and is NOT in original condition as described, we will ship the item back at the customer’s expense. Subject to a 20% restocking fee.
